ACM center axis motor with electro-brake for roller shutters up to 170 kg of lift, ideal for motorizing commercial doors or private garages.

The electro-brake brakes the shutter once it is closed, locking it and preventing it from opening manually. The motor includes an auto-brake release (black cable) to operate the roller shutter in the event of a power failure in the premises or garage.

Noteit is advisable to install a motor with an electric brake when there is an alternative access. However, it is possible to install an unlocking device on the outside in order to be able to access the unlocking by means of a key.

The ACM motor for rolling doors gives us the possibility to perform mechanical or electronic maneuvers by control panel and receiver with remote controls.
