General conditions of TECNOPARKING

1. Purpose and scope.

These General Conditions of Sale in Spain apply strictly to all sales of TECHNICAL PARKING as well as other services connected therewith, provided in Spain including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Any order placed with TECNOPARKING necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Conditions of Sale in addition to the general conditions of use and the privacy policy established on the website.

Intellectual and industrial property. 

The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, as well as the information and content contained in the TECHNICAL PARKING are the exclusive property of the owner of the website or of third parties, whose rights to them he legitimately holds, and are therefore protected by national and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

Under no circumstances shall it be understood that any licence is granted or that any waiver, transmission, assignment of all or part of these rights is made or that any right or expectation of right, and in particular any alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or communication to the public of these contents, is conferred without the prior express authorization of TECHNOPARKING, YOU KNOW.

The user may only and exclusively use the material contained on this website for his personal and private use, it being forbidden to use it for commercial purposes or to engage in illicit activities. TECHNICAL PARKING ensure compliance with the foregoing conditions and the proper use of the content presented on its websites, taking all civil and criminal action in the event of infringement or non-compliance by the user.

3. Obligations of customers and users. 

Any user of the Web portal undertakes to use the Services diligently and to comply with any special warnings or instructions for use contained in the conditions of use. In particular, the user undertakes to:

(a) Provide truthful information on the data requested in the user registration or order form and keep them updated.

(b) Not to introduce, store or disseminate information or material that violates the fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy or the image of others and generally the regulations in force.

c) Not to introduce, store or disseminate through the store any program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical device that is likely to cause damage to the Web portal, any of the services, or any of the computers, systems or networks of the TECHNICAL PARKING any other user, TECNOPARKING suppliers or generally any third party.

d) Not to use false identities or impersonate others in registering or purchasing products in the online store.

(e) Do not fraudulently use gift vouchers.

Finally, in particular, the user who makes a purchase through the Web portal undertakes to make it possible to receive the order requested by providing an address at which the order requested can be delivered within the usual delivery time for goods. If the customer fails to comply with this obligation, TECHNICAL PARKING shall not be liable if the order requested cannot be delivered.

Each user shall be liable for damages of any kind caused TECHNICAL PARKING may suffer as a result of or as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations set out above, as well as any other obligations included in these General Conditions and/or those imposed by law in relation to the use of the Website.

TECHNICAL PARKING will ensure at all times that the current legal system is respected, and reserves the right to update the contents when it deems it appropriate, as well as to remove, limit or prevent access to them, temporarily or permanently, as well as to deny access to the Web to any user who misuses the contents and/or violates any of these General Conditions.

 

These General Conditions of Contract are updated as of 1 September 2016.
