1.1. The personal data provided by the customer (contact details: name, surname, postal address, e-mail address) will be part of a file owned by the company Tecnoparking with an address in Sepulveda, 126 08015 (Barcelona), for the purpose of managing the customer relationship.

  
1.2. We will also send you information about TECNOPARKING, such as news, promotions, discounts, which may be of interest to you.

  
1.3. TECNOPARKING declares that all information will be treated confidentially, as well as the effective implementation of all security measures to ensure the security of your personal data.

  
1.4. The Customer may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, opposition or cancellation by sending a letter to the e-mail address indicated by attaching a copy of the National Identity Document or similar documentation to the above address or to the commercial e-mail@tecnoparking.com

  
1.5. The customer, in case of contracting start-up and maintenancethe online store undertakes to develop, publish and maintain its own privacy policy and legal notices that apply to its online store, in accordance with current legislation. TECNOPARKING shall not verify and shall not be liable for any breach which the CUSTOMER may incur as a result of failure to verify this obligation.

  
2 Cookies 
  
2.1. In order to speed up the service offered, TECNOPARKING will use "cookies" to offer you a better and more personalised service. This cookie is installed when you start the browsing session on any of TECNOPARKING's websites. If the User does not want a "cookie" to be installed on his hard disk, he must configure his browser to not receive them, using the procedure recommended by his browser, or delete it directly on his computer.

  
2.2. If cookies are deleted, the speed and quality of the operation of TECNOPARKING services may decrease.
TECNOPARKING will keep its typical navigation route to adapt our services as much as possible to your preferences. The User expressly consents to the use of "cookies" by TECNOPARKING, without having to ask for his consent again each time he enters our website.

  
3 Treatment manager. 

  
In the case of the contracting of start-up and online shop creation services, the following rules shall apply:

  
3.1 The Customer is responsible for the data obtained through his online shop.

  
3.2 The Client assumes responsibility for regulatory compliance and must comply with his obligations as owner of the file.

3.3 TECNOPARKING will provide services for the online shop acting on behalf of and on behalf of the controller, thus acting as a data controller within the meaning of Article 12 of Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the protection of personal data (LOPD) and Articles 20 and following of Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation developing the LOPD.

3.4 TECNOPARKING undertakes to maintain the utmost confidentiality and secrecy regarding the information and data accessed in the name and on behalf of the customer, hereinafter Confidential Information.

3.5 The customer will be the only one to decide on the purpose, use of the data accessed by TECNOPARKING

3.6 TECNOPARKING will only process such data in accordance with the Client's instructions.

3.7 TECNOPARKING undertakes not to retain any copy of the Confidential Information after termination of this contract.
