Shipping
Processing and sending of the order
Once your order is confirmed, we proceed it quickly so you can exit at a time of approximately 24 to 72 working hours. The shipment can be made from our store in Barcelona or directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, with the aim of reducing delivery times.
Orders over € 150 (without taxes) have free shipping within Peninsular Spain, except for voluminous or special products that require specific transportation.
Order tracking
All shipments include tracking number. It is not possible to select concrete delivery time slots.
Reception of the order (very important)
- Check the exterior state of the package before signing.
- Write down any visible incidence at the terminal of the carrier.
- It expressly indicates "damaged merchandise" if you observe blows or breakage.
- Make photographs of the original packaging before opening it.
The absence of annotations at the time of delivery can prevent claiming damage to the carrier.
Returns and reimbursements
Relief
According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the client has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal.
To exercise this right, you must inform you previously through your customer account or by email to Comercial @tecnoparking.com.
Conditions to accept a return
The product must be returned:
- In perfect condition.
- Complete, including screws, accessories, manuals and original packaging.
- Without having been installed, electrically connected or manipulated beyond the visual check necessary to verify its nature or operation.
- Correctly packed to avoid damage during transport.
Product returns will not be accepted:
- Installed totally or partially.
- Manipulated, removing or modified.
- Returned incomplete or with replaced parts.
- With brands of use, scratches or damage derived from assembly.
In electrical or mechanical automation, any attempt for installation, disassembly or internal manipulation is considered the use of the product.
Decrease in product value
In accordance with Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the client will be responsible for the decrease in value when handling exceeds the necessary to check its operation.
Tecnoparking You can apply a proportional depreciation or reject the return when the product can not be reconditioned or commercialized again with safety guarantees.
Return procedure
- Request the refund from your customer account.
- You will receive instructions for shipment.
- Return expenses are borne by the client, unless an error attributable to Tecnoparking.
- We recommend certified shipping.
Refunds
- The refund will be made through the same payment method.
- No shipping costs and enjoyed or absorbed by Tecnoparking.
- If the order enjoyed free shipping, this can be deducted from the amount to be returned.
Warranty
All products have a 3-year legal guarantee from the date of purchase except indication other than the manufacturer.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not include:
- Incorrect installations.
- Internal manipulation
- Abuse
- Normal wear
To process a guarantee, you must previously contact our technical service.
The customer will initially assume the shipping costs towards technical service. If manufacturing defect is confirmed, Tecnoparking It will assume the return shipment.
