Delivery of the package

As a general normal once the customer makes his order we process it quickly so that it can be shipped in the next 24/72 hours, either from our warehouse in Barcelona or from the warehouse of the manufacturer, that is why when working that way we ensure that the customer can receive his order as soon as possible. If your order is more than 150€ tax excluded, shipping costs will be completely free except for some bulky product (applied on the peninsula). Below you have a table with the shipping fee.

Follow-up

All shipments Tecnoparking are certified and you can follow up to enjoy that extra tranquility. Note that the carrier does not allow selecting deliveries on specific schedules.

Notes on shipments

Please note that:

■ We do not send on weekends (no holidays). That's why it's impossible for us to fulfill our 24-hour delivery if you make your order during the weekend.

■ We do not have specific products in stock, so we must ask the manufacturer. In these cases, shipping time can increase from 1 to 3 days. However, the customer will be promptly informed.

■ Delivery of orders to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is slightly higher, approximately 3 to 5 days.

■ We don't deliver packages in post sections.

■ We ship the orders once all the products are prepared. We cannot divide the orders into different shipments as it would increase the total price.

Shipping costs and conditions

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment because the transport agency will be responsible for protecting and delivering the package in good condition, however we recommend you follow these steps to open an incidence at the time of delivery:

■ When you receive the goods, please check if the goods are in good condition or if the goods are missing.
■ Make the claim on the sheet/pda that the carrier delivers to sign the delivery.
■ If there's no need to mention the missing amount.
■ If any of the packages are damaged, please write "damaged goods" so that the transport company becomes responsible but will not.
■ If the merchandise is damaged send us photographs of the product in its original box as received. If at the time of receipt of the goods there is no part of incidence, Tecnoparking he won't take care of the damage.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be exempt from VAT. When you place an order to these destinations, the following customs taxes and/or management costs may be applied:

  • General Indirect Canario Tax (IGIC): 2%
  • Customs Management Costs - DUA (Simplified import DUA for shipments from)

Please note that as a recipient of shipments made to these locations you must cover customs management costs and/or any other import tax.

The DUA is the administrative document used for the fulfillment of customs formalities such as export, import or transit. It also serves as the basis for the consequent tax declaration and constitutes a support of information on the goods, their origin, value, taxes, etc. The DUA fee is applied on each shipment (not on each product).

REVOLUTIONS AND REIMBOLS

Return of 15 days

Did you buy a wrong product? Have you been wrong by selecting the model? Did you get a defective product? Don't worry Tecnoparking we offer you a refund and refund guarantee.

You can return all products in their original status within 14 days of receipt of your order and receive a replacement or refund. The products must be found in their original packaging and do not contain marks. We do not make refunds of used or scratched products. If you have received a defective product, let us know to exercise your rights as a consumer.

How to return a product?

To process a refund, the customer may do so from their user account in the section "Order history and details" ,and inside the order details.

■ Please fill in the form and specify which product we want to return.

■ Your request will be accepted if you have not exceeded the maximum time (15 days + 5 extras per shipment).

■ Be sure to send the products carefully packaged and protected to the address we will tell you.

■ Once your package arrives, we will review the products and the customer will be quickly warned.

For more safety, get a safe or use certified shipping. This will make it easier for us to help you in case of incidence.

Return and refund policy

Shipping costs: You must take care of shipping costs.

Refunds and new shipments: We process them as soon as we receive the returned products. If you cancel or return your full order, we will refund the original price of all products, except for shipping costs that may be higher to the paid, as we absorb a portion of those shipping costs when the customer makes his order.

Refunds: They will be made using the same payment method used when making the order. They are usually carried out immediately but on some occasions it may take a few days depending on the banking entity. Paypal refunds are immediate.

Return time: In all products. They must be returned unused and unmarked in their original box.

Cancel a purchase

Right of withdrawal

According to the "Real Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws", to obtain the full refund of the order you must request it within 15 days of receipt of your purchase. If your order consists of several products that have been delivered separately, the claim period begins from the receipt of the final item. This is not valid for custom-made products unless defective. All products must be returned in their original state without having been used, within 15 days after you have notified the cancellation of your purchase. However, if a product is not returned in its original box, it may suffer a devaluation.

GARANTIA

Generally, the warranty period is 2 years from the time of purchase, although it may change according to current law or as established by the manufacturer as Tecnoparking he's a dealer. To do this it is essential to have the purchase invoice, which will serve the user to prove that the product was purchased in an establishment and in it appears the date on which it was purchased. In addition, we email the invoice so that you have it always available at any time, as well as to preserve the environment.

To process the warranty the customer has to contact Tecnoparking, and will be provided with a few steps to proceed to process the product in warranty, so that the technical service can examine and evaluate it. In these cases, the customer will take charge of the shipping costs, and if the product is defective, the seller will take charge of such repair (work and materials) as well as of the return shipping costs. In the event that a product has suffered a misuse or bad assembly a budget will be made without commitment to the customer.
