Autonomous License Plate Reader Camera for outdoor use.

The stand-alone License Plate Recognition System (LPR) is particularly recommended for accesses that do not require a permanent connection to a PC. Due to its compact size and easy attachment, it is perfectly suited to ramped garage entrances with little passage space.

It is a capture unit consisting of a 2 Megapixel outdoor IP camera, motorized lens and LED IR spotlight. It includes the Character Recognition Engine (OCR) and an output relay to send an opening command to the door or barrier. The license plate capture distance is between 2 and 6 m.
