Motor kit VDS EGO 24V for 2-leaf swing doors up to 2.5 m

Motor kit VDS Ego 24v it is a complete solution to automate two-leaf beating doors, with a maximum length of 2.5 meters and a weight of up to 200 kg per leaf.

The kit incorporates two electromechanical actuators VDS EGO 24V C400, equipped with a 400 mm stroke, aluminum structure and stainless steel stem. Its 24 VDC feeding allows soft, silent and suitable operation for installations that require frequent use.

The engines are irreversible, as far as they keep the bladed leaves when the door is closed. In case of lack of current, they can be released through the manual unlocking system with key.

The maneuvering box VDS Elb24-m2 it allows to control one or two motors of 24 VDC and incorporate radio receiver, automatic travel programming, speed regulation, slowdown and obstacle detection system.

The included electronic picture is designed to control one or two engines of 24 VDC. It has different control and safety entries, as well as programming functions that allow adapting the operation of the door to the needs of each installation.

Safety and operation

The maneuvering box incorporates an adjustable system of obstacle detection. When an obstacle is detected during closing, the door stops and reopens. If the obstacle is detected during opening, the movement stops and makes a brief investment.

The plant also allows connecting photocells, safety band, pedestrian opening push button, total opening push button, flashing lamp, electron-barking and other control accessories.

Important: to correctly carry out the programming of the route, the door must have mechanical opening and closing stops. The installation, connection and regulation of the automatism must be carried out by qualified personnel.
