The Motor kit VDS Ego 230v it is a complete solution to automate two-leaf beating doors, with a maximum length of 2.5 meters and a weight of up to 200 kg per leaf.

The kit incorporates two irreversible electromechanical actuators VDS EGO 230V C400, reference 11020, equipped with a 400 mm stroke, aluminum structure and stainless steel stem. The motors offer a maximum thrust of 2,000 N and provide robust, reliable and silent operation.

The engines are irreversible, as far as they keep the bladed leaves when the door is closed. In case of lack of electric current, they can be released through the manual unlocking system with key.

The kit includes the maneuver box VDS Euro M2 Mini 230V, reference E112, Designed to control one or two 230 VAC engines. It incorporates radio receiver, independent programming of the path of each sheet, power regulation, slowdown and different configurable functions by microswitches.

Picture VDS Euro M2 Mini 230V E112 it is designed for swing automation of one or two sheets with 230 Vac motors. The programming of the routes is carried out independently, allowing to establish different operating times and gap for each sheet.

Safety and operation

The photocell VDS 12 / t, 12t reference, Protect the door during closure. When the security beam is interrupted, the box stops the maneuver and invests the movement to reopen the door.
