The hydraulic motor for soft-stop gates is more precise than clockwork.

With the Linear Low motor, it is no longer a problem to motorize a community door. With our angle reader system, the automatism recognises the position and the function to be performed.

The Lineal Low incorporates an angle reader (encoder) that allows us to lack exact support dimensions for the graduation of travel and for the graduation of the soft stop.

It also incorporates an anti-crushing system in opening and closing, a manual help manoeuvre activation system, a detection system in the event of an untimely closing of the door due to gust of wind, a closing system by opening the door manually, as well as a self-learning route programming, being able to select the soft stop in the desired position in opening and closing and regulate the force independently in travel and in soft stop.

RELEASE KEY

The Lineal Low with locking incorporates a key as standard to unlock the door in the event that a manual opening is required. Just lift the lid to access the key.

LIMIT SWITCH KNOB

By operating the knob we are able to adjust the mechanical limit switch for opening the door. One turn of the knob is equivalent to one degree of displacement of the door.

PLACEMENT ON SITE

Its patented angle graduation system allows us to lack exact support dimensions for the graduation of the stroke and for the graduation of the soft stop. By means of a knob that, by turning more or less, allows us to determine a wide positioning of the door when opening.

SAFETY

The Lineal low is designed to comply with all the regulations in force in swing doors, since we can adjust the force and speed of the door and be sensitive in case of crushing personnel or objects, according to UNE-EN-13241-1 standard.

ANGLE READER (ENCODER)

We can fine-tune the end of travel, open and close, and the exact point of the soft stop start. Control the speed and activate the anti-crush system. In addition, it detects if the door has been opened manually and proceeds to close according to the closing time plus 30 seconds.

Manual door assist is available. When a manual door opening or closing is detected, the engine starts.

Wind detection system. The automatism prevents untimely closures due to gusts of wind.

LONG-TERM RELIABILITY

As it is a 24v DC motor, it can perform infinite maneuvers without the motor rising in temperature.

It incorporates an angle reader on the back, which allows us to precisely adjust the end of travel to open and close, and the exact point of the soft stop start, control the speed, activate the anti-crush system, detect if the door is opened manually and proceed to close.

With the manual door assist option, when a manual door opening or closing is detected, the engine starts, and with the wind detection system, the automatism prevents untimely closing due to gusts of wind.
