Kit Wireless Safety System Cardin RadioShield 868 MHz for Sensible Band 8k2

The Kit Radioshield 868 MHz is composed of a wireless emitter and a safety receiver, designed to connect a Resistive sensitive band 8.2 kohm No need to install mobile wiring between the door and the maneuver box.

This system allows transmitting the safety signal of the sensitive band by radio, being a specially useful solution in Rolling doors, industrial doors, sliding doors, cancelas and automatisms where it is not practical to get wiring.

Thanks to its operation in 868 MHz, the system offers a stable and reliable communication between the emitter installed on the mobile part of the door and the receiver connected to the maneuvering box.

Operation of the system

The issuer is installed on the moving part of the door and connected directly to the 8k2 resistive sensitive band. When the band detects an obstacle or a pressure, the emitter transmits the radius security signal to the receiver.

The receiver It is installed next to the maneuver box and delivered the safety signal by contact, allowing to stop or reverse the maneuver according to the configuration of the central.

In this way, the use of spiral cables, cable chains or exposed mobile connections, achieving a cleaner, safe and reliable installation.

Installation recommendation

For proper operation, the sensitive band must be connected to the emitter installed on the mobile part of the door. The receiver must be connected to the maneuver box in the corresponding safety entry. Once installed, it should be checked that by pressing the sensitive band the door stops or invests the maneuver according to the configuration of the automation.
