Engine Erreka Star for industrial sectional doors up to 60 m²

The engine Erreka STAR is an electromechanical actuator designed for the automation of industrial sectional doors. It is available in single-phase and three-phase versions, with suitable models for doors up 30 m², 50 m² or 60 m², according to the selected reference.

The STAR range is designed for industrial facilities that require a robust, reliable and prepared motor to work directly on the section of the sectional door. Models St910c and St1530c they have direct attack to axis of 25.4 mm, while the model St2030c incorporates axis output 32 mm adapter 25.4 mm.

These engines incorporate end of Electromechanical Race, unlocking manual by chain and reducing in oil bath, offering a resistant solution for sectional doors of industrial use.

The motor Erreka STAR it is recommended for industrial sectional doors installed in ships, warehouses, parking, workshops, communities or accesses where a direct actuator to a shaft, resistant and with manual chain unlock is needed.

To select the correct model, it is important to take into account the door surface, the available power type, the diameter of the axis and the intensity of use of the installation.

Installation recommendations

• Check that the sectional door is balanced correctly before installing the engine.

• Adjust correctly the opening and closing strokes correctly.
• Use a maneuver box compatible with the selected motor power and power.
