Motorline Turbo Motor Brushless

The new Turbo barrier has brushless (brushless).

This engine has several advantages with respect to the Brushed motor (with brushes), such as:

▶ Faster automation maneuvers

▶ Silent automatism

✔ Mast speed

The Brushless motor allows the Turbo barrier an opening / shut-off speed of 1.5 seconds for the shortest mast (2.5 meters).

The maneuver time depends on the size of the mast.

✔ Precision of movements

The digital encoder allows a more objective interpretation of the position and the angle of rotation of the mast, which causes the movements of the turbo more precise in slowing down.

✔ Smart flashing

The built-in flashing lamp accompanies the movement of the mast during opening and closing.

The certification of the EN12453 standard provides Turbo with greater safety and reliability in the detection of obstacles.

Immediately after the detection of an obstacle, the mast reverses the course, ensuring that vehicles are never trancked.

Open door security sensor

Through a microswitch system, the plant detects when the access door to mechanics is open.

Whenever the Turbo door is not completely closed, any maneuver will be blocked, turning the safest automatism.
