Electromechanical passage barrier Motorline TURBO "BRUSHLESS" with brushless motor.

The new TURBO barrier provides us with resistance and precision for 100% intensive maneuvers, without mechanical wear thanks to its Brushless technology. Its digital encoder offers the possibility of very precise movements and soft stop adjustments.

Motorline TURBO Brushless Motor

The new TURBO barrier is brushless.

This motor has several advantages over the brushed motor, such as:

▶ Significant reduction in mechanical wear

▶ Longer service life

▶ Less maintenance required

▶ Faster automation manoeuvres

▶ Quieter automation

✔ Mast Speed

The brushless motor allows the TURBO barrier an opening/closing speed of 1.5 seconds for the shortest mast (2.5 meters).

The manoeuvring time depends on the size of the mast.

✔ Precision of movements

The digital encoder allows for a more objective interpretation of the position and rotation angle of the mast, making the TURBO's movements more accurate when slowing down.

✔ Smart Flasher

The built-in flashing lamp accompanies the movement of the mast during opening and closing.

More Security: Obstacle Detection

Certification to the EN12453 standard provides TURBO with greater safety and reliability in obstacle detection.

Immediately upon detection of an obstacle, the mast stops and reverses course, ensuring that vehicles never get stuck.

Door Open Security Sensor

Through a microswitch system, the control unit detects when the access door to the mechanics is open.

As long as the door of the TURBO is not completely closed, any manoeuvre will be blocked, making the operation safer.
