End of Race and Encoders

The Central admits different methods of travel detection: Two racetime (opening / closing with working time) or four racetime (stop and start of deceleration).

For greater precision, encoders can be used:

Absolute: It allows an immediate adjustment without the need for manual readjustments;

Quadrature: Replace the work time for the impulse count.

Input for braking resistance

Input dedicated to the connection of a braking resistor, which allows to dissipate the regenerated energy during the deceleration of motors with high inertia.

This protection avoids the tension increase in the bus (bus), guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the investor.

Multifunctional outputs

Configurable outputs for signaling the state of the gate, error indication, flashing lamp control or electrofreno, among other functions. They allow to provide real-time feedback on the system and activate external devices, being essential in applications that require monitoring, signaling or integration with auxiliary systems.

Compatible with the MConnect Link

Management and remote control of the plant, facilitating remote configurations and maintenance.

Compatibility with several modules

The MC415 electronic power plant is fully compatible with the communication module Mm415com-rs485, which allows us to expand functionalities and integrate more advanced control systems, especially in installations with multiple doors or interconnected power plants.

The connection of this module enables functions such as:

➜ Interlock function: Block the movement of other doors simultaneously

➜ Master / Slave Function: Allows you to control a second central simultaneous from the main unit

When connecting the module Mm90-RGB, It is possible to feed the LEDs externally or internally. When it is fed externally, a greater power can be supplied to LEDs, up to 20 W in each of the outputs.

Compatible with European standards at 12453 and EN 12445, the MC415 plant guarantees safe and reliable operation for all users.
