How is MICRAC PLUG connected?

The touch controller has to be powered to 230V and then we have to connect the 3 wires of the mechanical tubular motor.

How is MICRAC PLUG set up?

Once you have your "MICRAC HOME-R" you must first download the App "CloudFort" available for Android or iOS and you will need to register for free, create your virtual installation and then add the license number of the "MICRAC HOME-R" in your App to register it in your account"CloudFort" so i could use it.

How many users is it available to CloudFort?

Each device "CloudFort" has 3 free users unlimited and forever. In this way different user accounts can be used to remotely control your installation. You can configure the access as administrator, standard user that only allows you to activate the linked devices, and another standard user but with access to WiFi camera if it is configured in the installation.

There is the possibility of hiring more users to what we will call "virtual controllers" at a cost of €18 per user. We'll be able to hire them and assign them to the facilities we want very intuitively.
