How do I connect HOME PLUG?

The device is a plug with a European connector that acts as an intermediary and that incorporates a WiFi connection to give or remove current to the device that we connect to the 230V electricity network.

How do I set up HOME PLUG?

Once you have your "HOME PLUG" you must first download the "CloudFort" App available for Android or iOS and you must register for free, create your virtual installation and then add the license number of the "HOME PLUG" in your App to register it in your account. You will then connect to the "HOME PLUG" mains and it will create your own WiFi to which you must connect to link it to the WiFi network of your home/work. Now you can go back to the "CloudFort" App to be able to use it.

How many users is CloudFortavailable for?

Each "CloudFort" device has 3 users for free unlimited and forever. In this way, different user accounts can be used to remotely control your installation. Access can be configured as an administrator, a standard user that only allows you to activate the linked devices, and another standard user but with access to a WiFi camera if this is configured in the installation.

There is the possibility of hiring more users that we will call "virtual controllers" but that will be valid for 5 years with the possibility of renewing them. We will be able to hire them and assign them to the facilities we want in a very intuitive way.
