The MF2020 is a column photocell developed to safeguard all types of industrial doors (sectional and fast doors) up to a maximum width of 10 metres.
The sender and receiver create a infrared grating it offers protection up to eight feet high.
When the infrared beams are interrupted, a signal is sent to the control room. After the holding area is clear, a new signal is sent to the control to indicate that the area is clear.

The photocell has two modes of operation:
• Static: Functioning of a common photocell
• Sequential: The photocell recognizes the opening and closing motion of the door, not sending a signal to the control unit.
