Motorline M1805 is a compact automatism for swinged pedestrian doors up to 120 kg, Designed to automate wood, iron or glass doors by the arm and accessories suitable for each installation.

It is available in two versions: M1805 and M1805 Eco. Both incorporate self-programmable electronic central, obstacle detection and connections for the main activation and safety devices.

Which model choose?
The M1805 it is the most complete version and is indicated for intensive use and applications that require specific functions such as anti-artic opening Push & Go. The M1805 Eco it is the cheapest alternative for conventional automatic pedestrian access and should not be selected for evacuation routes. In facilities subject to evacuation regulations, the adequacy of the set must be checked by a professional according to the characteristics of the project.

Main advantages of Motorline M1805

Versatile application

It allows automating swing doors with opening towards the inside or outside and with opening direction to the right or to the left. It also supports configurations of a sheet, two coordinated sheets and two individual doors with interlock.

Automatic programming

The electronic power station performs the automatic recognition of the route. After learning, parameters such as speed and pause time can be configured.

Obstacle detection

Automation detects obstacles during movement and has self-protection systems against overheating, overvoltage and overcurrent.

Adjustable and soft movement

It allows to regulate the opening and closing speed. The digital center of the M1805 Eco model also allows to adjust the distances and the slowing speed, as well as the strength and the time of pause.

Compatible with safety and activation devices

It has connections for radars, opening and closing photocells, buttons, program selector, emergency battery and electric or magnetic lock, depending on the selected configuration.

Compact and silent design

Its anodized aluminum chassis offers a resistant and reduced size construction to be attached discreetly at the top of the door. The motorization and the reducing are designed to provide a silent operation.

Assisted opening

By manually starting the opening, the control panel can detect the movement and complete the maneuver automatically. In the M1805 model, the function Push & Go it allows the opening by effort in compatible anti-artic applications.

Installation and accessories

Automation can be combined with activation radars, programs selector, keypads, photocells, 24 V emergency battery and electric or magnetic locks. The accessories are optional and must be selected according to the needs of the installation.

For two-sheet doors, two connected automations are used to work in a coordinated manner. It is also possible to configure two individual doors with interlock, so that a door can only be opened when the other is closed.

Important: the maximum admissible weight also depends on the width of the sheet, the state of the hinges and the assembly geometry. The installation, connection and commissioning must be performed by qualified personnel and with the security devices required for each application.
