The range Benincà vn it is formed by electromechanical gearmotors for automation of industrial sectional doors up to 40 m², available in different versions of 230VAC and 400VAC.

Depending on the model, the engines can incorporate rapid unlock, manual maneuver by chain, control center, absolute encoder or ventilated motor for intensive use.

The different reduction relationships 1/20 and 1/40 they allow choosing the most suitable configuration according to the characteristics of the door and the type of installation.

Gearbox 230Vac with fast unlocking and reduction ratio 1/20. It incorporates accurate regulation by 4 micrometric career finis.

VN.S20 UP

230VAC version with relationship 1/20 and central UP.VN incorporated. It allows man operation present by means of controls at very low safety voltage of 12Vdc.

VN.S20 ESW

230VAC version with relationship 1/20, unlock fast and absolute encoder. It allows to regulate from the center the opening and closing points and has a quick connection by coupling.

VN.S40

230VAC gearmotor with fast unlocking and reduction ratio 1/40.

VN.S40 UP

230VAC version with reduction 1/40, unlock fast and central UP.VN built-in for man operation present.

VN.ST20

Three-phase gearmade 400Vac, with quick unlocking and reduction ratio 1/20.

VN.MT40

400VAC three-phase gearmotor with manual maneuver by chain and reduction ratio 1/40.

VN.MT40V

Three-phase version of 400Vac with relationship 1/40, equipped with ventilated electric motor for intensive and electrofreno use, in addition to manual maneuver by chain.

The VN.S40V is a gearmotor 230Vac with reduction ratio 1/40.

This version uses a system of unlock by cable and handle.

It has a safety system by microswitch, reduction in oil bath and 4 race endes with micrometric regulation.

The range has specific accessories to adapt the system to the features of the installation.

■ Chain transmission 1: 1 for installations where the motor must be installed offset with respect to the axis.

■ Chain transmission 1: 1,8 to modify the torque or speed.

■ On the models Vn.m and VN.MT chain can be used to prolong the manual maneuver according to the installation height.
