Full front stem for Motorline LYNX
The front stem is an essential part of the mechanical engine system. It is responsible for transmitting the movement generated by the gearmotor towards the door leaf, allowing opening and closing maneuvers.
This replacement allows to replace the front set when it has deformations, wear, cracking or mechanical damage, without the need to change the full engine, as long as the rest of the automatism is in good condition.

The spare parts are compatible with the corresponding versions of the Lynx engine. The motor supply voltage, 230 V or 24 V, does not modify the selection of the stem: You must choose according to the model and travel of the automatism.
Important: the stems are not interchangeable between the different tours. Select LIHASTE300-AL, LIHAASTE400-Al or Lihaaste600-AL according to the exact model indicated on the engine label.

Assembly recommendations
- Unplug completely the power supply before removing the engine.
- Secure the door sheet to avoid unexpected movements.
- Check the status of the spindle, bushings, bearings, joints and other internal components.
- Clean and lubricate the mechanical elements following the manufacturer's instructions.
- After assembly, check the route, the race endings and the operation of the securities.
Security: the opening and repair of the engine must be carried out by qualified personnel. Incorrect installation can cause damage to automation or dangerous door movements.
