The 24Vdc ''SILENCE'' TRIK actuator has been designed to cover the market space of roller doors made of aluminum or stainless steel slats with skids on the guides and quality finishes, these doors require a quality actuator to perform silent and fast maneuvers with soft stops at the end of the travel to avoid the knocking of the closing.

TRIK ''SILENCE'' offers advantages over the traditional AC motor. It is easily installed on the locking shaft with manual limit switching adjustment. It is a direct current motor that does not exceed 50 db, has an opening and closing speed of 6.6 m/min. with soft stop at the end of travel and anti-crush regulation.

In the opening manoeuvre, the speed can optionally be increased by up to 25%, while maintaining a soft stop at the end of the stroke with a reversing stroke. The unlocking operation is easily carried out with a simple turn of the lever and the pulley once unlocked is free, this facilitates the movement of the closure manually, allowing easy opening or closing.

BATTERY SYSTEM

The TRIK actuator offers us the possibility of working with a 2x1.2Ah battery system that can be incorporated inside the control panel. It will allow us to perform consecutive maneuvers when we have a power cut, and the batteries will be automatically recharged once we recover the power supply.
