The range KVM 300 Series automates sectional gates of up to 40 m², combining robustness, security and silent performance.

Available in KVM305 and KVM310 versions (36V, compatible with backup batteries) and KVM315 (with high torque for heavy gates), it integrates a brushless engine with absolute encoder, guaranteeing maximum precision and low need for maintenance.

Models available

BLDC motor with absolute encoder

The Brushless Engine (BLDC) guarantees high efficiency, long life and under warming, integrating a absolute encoder for precise movements and reliable positioning. With Soft Start and Stop, reduces mechanical effort and ensures silent operation.

The reinforced torque of the version Kvm315 moves heavy gates with stability, even in intensive use, while the kVM305 / KVM310 versions to 36V allow backup batteries in case of energy failure. Broken, it requires less maintenance and minimizes mechanical wear.

Integrated power plant

INTERNAL CENTRAL MC94-300 (KVM305 and KVM310) or MC95-300 (KVM315) in charge of managing the engine, supplying the energy needed for its operation and guaranteeing communication with the MC93-300 plant.

Lever with unlocking rope

The KVM includes 6 meters of rope connected to the lever, which allows to unlock the engine in a simple and practical way, even from a distance.

In case of lack of energy, the motor can be operated manually using the ropes with color terminals:

Green terminal: Unlock the engine for manual drive from the gate;

Red terminal: Return the engine again for automatic drive.

Electronic Central MC93-300

The MC93-300 is a low voltage plant that combines security, connectivity and easy maintenance.

It works at 12VDC (safe to tact), with low consumption in standby according to Ecodesign 2023/826. It is compatible with electric locks and Mconnect Link, as well as with an LCD touch screen for quick and intuitive configuration.

Security and conformity

✔ Compatible with anti-elevating electric lock (EF25).

✔ Tickets for photocells, Resistive Bands 8K2 and Optical Band (OSE); In case of obstacle, the movement stops immediately.

✔ Architecture at 12VDC, safely secure and low consumption in standby, according to Ecodesign 2023/826.

Connectivity and control

✔ Mconnect link: Allows programming opening / closing schedules, receive alerts in real time and consult historical on the smartphone.

✔ Rj45: Guarantees a stable communication with the motor and central MC94-300 / MC95-300.

✔ Integrated radio receiver: Flexible memory for up to 200 total commands, or 100 total + 100 pedestrian.

Easy installation and maintenance

✔ LCD touch screen with intuitive interface and fast parameterization.

✔ Error and historical incident registration with date / time, which facilitates the diagnosis and reduces the assistance time.
