BANCADA ROGER BH30

What is a Brushless engine?
ROGER uses Brushless motors without scobillas, is a type of continuous electric motor that, unlike the traditional continuous current engines with scobillas, does not use scobillas to switch the current through the rotor.
Main components:
Stator: It is the fixed part of the engine and contains the coils or devanates of copper. In a brushless engine, the stator creates the magnetic field that interacts with the rotor.
Rotor: It is the part that rotates and is composed of permanent magnets. In a brushless engine, the rotor does not need to be in physical contact with the stator.
Electronic control: Instead of buckles, the brushless engine uses an external electronic controller to switch the current into the stator's developments. This controller is the one that handles the current flow to change the magnetic field that makes the rotor turn.
Advantages of brushless engines:
Increased efficiency: Having no scobillas, there is less internal friction, which reduces energy losses.
Reduced maintenance: It is not necessary to replace scobillas, since there is no wear of these.
Increase: The brushless motors usually have a longer service life due to the absence of mechanical wear.
Silent operation: Without the brushes, the engine produces less noise.
Best speed and precision control: Thanks to the electronic controller, it is possible to regulate the speed and torque with a lot of precision.
