The kit VDS SIMPLY 600K is designed for automation of sliding doors of up to 600 kg, incorporating 230VAC, electronic power station, two remote controls, safety photocells and nylon zipper.

The motor VDS SIMPLY 600K work 230Vac and develops a power of 250 W. Incorporates electromechanical race end and unlocking manual by key.

The electronics is managed by the central VDS EURO230M1, designed for a 230VAC engine and equipped with automatic closing functions, pedestrian opening, slowdown, force regulation and entries for safety devices.

The kit is completed with 2 controls VDS E010 ECO R 433, a game of photocells VDS 12 / T with reach up to 50 meters and 4 sections of nylon 216/1 zipper.

The VDS SIMPLY 600K is a gearmotor for sliding doors up 600 kg.

Work 230Vac and has electromechanical race end, which allow to establish the end opening and closing points by means of the corresponding cams installed on the rack.

In case of absence of current, the engine has unlocking manual by key, allowing you to free the automation and move the door manually.

The degree of protection of the operator is IP44, being designed for exterior installation.

The Simply uses the plant VDS EURO230M1, designed to manage a 230VAC engine.

The plant allows to configure the operation of the automation and manage different control devices and safety.

It has two independent regulations: T1 for force during normal maneuver and T2 for force during the phase of slowdown.

The programming of the route and the controls is carried out by self-learning procedures.

The zipper transmits the movement of the engine pinion to the door leaf and should be installed by leaving the proper slack between pinion and zipper.

Important before installing

The door must be moved manually in shape soft, regular and without frogs.

The manual indicates that the status of the lower guide, wheels and upper guide, in addition to installing a mechanical safety stop that avoids the leaf to leave their guides.

The installation and start-up must be performed by qualified personnel.
